چکیده

کاهش تراکم فضاهای باز و سبز شهری در شهرهای امروزی، چالش‌های متعددی را در ارتباط با سلامت اجتماعی شهروندان از یک سو و سلامت محیط‌زیست شهری از سوی دیگر رقم زده است. در حقیقت برقراری ارتباط صحیح و اصولی شهروندان با فضاهای باز و سبز عمومی، و برنامه‌ریزی آن‌ها بر مبنای اصول محیط‌زیست و پایداری، علاوه بر تامین بستری برای بروز فعالیت‌های سالم، می‌تواند برکیفیت محیط‌زیست و سلامت فیزیکی و روانی افراد تاثیر چشمگیری داشته باشد. با توجه به ظرفیت‌های کم نظیر کشور ایران در ارتباط با ویژگی‌‌‌‌‌های محیط‌زیست، برنامه‌ریزی برای پارک‌های ورزشی می‌تواند گام موثری در این راستا باشد. بنابراین هدف از انجام این تحقیق، مکان‌یابی و طراحی محیط‌زیستی پارک ورزشی با رویکرد توسعه مفهوم ورزش همگانی در میان شهروندان در پارک جنگلی چیتگر شهر تهران خواهد بود. این تحقیق از لحاظ روش بصورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و از حیث هدف کاربردی محسوب می‌شود که در آن پس از بازدیدهای میدانی، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای در ارتباط با معیارهای تاثیر گذار بر مکان‌یابی و طراحی محیط‌زیستی انجام شده و در نهایت معیارهای موثر بر مکان‌یابی پارک ورزشی در محدوده پارک جنگلی چیتگر تعیین گردید. سپس با بهره گیری از سامانه GIS، داده‌های مورد نیاز از محدوده مورد مطالعه مورد شناخت و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و نقشه‌های مرتبط با هر یک از این معیارها در محدوده پارک جنگلی چیتگر ارائه گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که به ترتیب اهمیت عواملی نظیر شیب، جهت، شرایط زهکشی خاک، بافت و حاصلخیزی خاک، کاربری اراضی و همچنین دسترسی و تراکم پوشش گیاهی بر مکان‌یابی پارک ورزشی در این محدوده تاثیرگذار خواهند بود. بر همین اساس و از طریق روی‌‌هم‌گذاری لایه‌ها در نرم افزار Arc map مناطقی از پارک چیتگر، به عنوان نقاط مناسب برای احداث پارک ورزشی مشخص شده و در نهایت طرح راهبردی برای این مناطق با رویکرد توسعه مفهوم ورزش همگانی پیشنهاد و ارائه گردید.

Site selection and environmental design of the sports park in line with the development of the concept of public sports Case study: Chitgar forest park of Tehran

چکیده [English]

Reducing the density of open and green urban spaces in today's cities has created many challenges related to the social health of citizens on the one hand and the urban environment on the other hand. In fact, principled communication with public open and green spaces in cities, and planning based on the environment and sustainability, in addition to providing a platform for the emergence of healthy activities and the development of public sports, can be beneficial for the health of the environment and also a significant impact on people's physical and mental health. Considering the rare potential of Iran in relation to the promotion of public sports and the environment, planning for sports parks can be in this direction. Therefore, the aim of this research is locating and environmental design of the sport parks with development of public sports concept approach. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of method and practical in terms of purpose, in which field studies, library studies related to the factors affecting site selection and environmental design have been examined and finally the important criteria for sote selection of sport park in Chitgar forest park were determined. Then, using GIS, the required data from the scope of the study will be recognized and analyzed and the maps related to each of these criteria in Chitgar forest park were presented. Results show that the criteria in order to importance such as slope, direction, soil drainage, texture and fertility of soil, land use, as well as accessibility and density of vegetation in the study area will influence the site selection of sports parks. Based on these results and through the superimposition of the explained layers in Arc Map, areas of Chitgar Park have been identified as suitable places for the construction of a sports park, and finally, a strategic plan for these areas with development of the concept of public sports approach has been proposed.
